Customer Support Specialist - Tech

Requirements:

- Basic comm. skills / CSR
- Can listen and comprehend well and gather inquiries of the customer
- Customer Service: can emphasize with customer and converse
- Documentation skills
- Not necessarily IT person but atleast someone with deep guide and familiar with software applications
- Nice to have Quickbooks, Intuit, HTML
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x onsite, Night shift)
