**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Support Representative at San Miguel Corporation, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing product support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

2. **Research and Troubleshooting:**
- Utilize research skills to investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

3. **Documentation:**
- Record and document customer interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
- Maintain an organized log of issues and resolutions for future reference.

4. **Customer Feedback:**
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to processes or product offerings.

5. **Knowledge Base Maintenance:**
- Assist in updating and maintaining the customer support knowledge base with accurate and useful information for both customers and team members.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and departments to ensure a harmonious workflow.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies:**
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and resolve inquiries.
- Strong research skills to identify solutions and provide comprehensive responses to customer questions.
- **Personality Traits:**

- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with customer management/CRM software.
