Customer Success Software Developer

Qualifications/ Skills:
Education & Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, quality assurance, or software development
? Familiarity with IoT devices, SaaS platforms, and basic troubleshooting.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus).
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple responsibilities.
? Knowledge of the Asian market dynamics, including cultural and business practices.

Preferred Experience
? Java EE, C#, Python or other equivalent object-oriented language experience
? Angular 2+, React or other equivalent JS experience
? Web and mobile design experience
? Native and cross-platform mobile technologies experience is an asset
? Integrating with REST APIs
