Job Description:
As a Customer Success Officer at Globe Telecom, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through exceptional service and support. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, PH, and is a part-time role suitable for an experienced professional with at least 4 years of experience at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and addressing any concerns or feedback- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty- Provide training and support to customers on our products and services- Analyze data and metrics to track customer success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service- Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated leadership abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
