Customer Success Manager (Wfh)

A highly personable individual to manage & wow all existing clients.
Meet, greet, and provide best in class customer engagement to clients.
Optimize existing client base relationships & assist sales team with their cross-selling initiatives.
Experienced in stake holder mgt, including Director / VP level and senior HR execs.
Required experience of managing clients within the HR-Tech, talent services or similar.
Flexible WFH structure that requires attending client sites, expo's etc.

Requirements:

Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience
Must live in Metro Manila or nearby

This position will be working with experts in providing the Talent Solutions and developing optimal organization efficiency required for companies to sustain and succeed in a competitive world.
