Customer Service Representative(Telco Account)

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding phone or mobile phone services, billing concerns or promo packages
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
- Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Atleast Highschool Graduate(old curriculum)/ Senior Highschool Graduate
- Must have original copy of NBI Clearance before start date
- Have atleast 6 months Call Center experience


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
