Customer Service Representative (Non Voice Account)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Non-Voice Process Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various back-office tasks, including handling written communications, data entry, processing requests, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations without direct phone-based interaction with clients or customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Email/Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, or other written forms of communication.
Data Entry and Processing: Accurately input and manage data in company systems, ensuring timely updates and maintaining database integrity.
Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and refunds through internal systems, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately.
Customer Feedback and Queries: Address customer feedback, track issues, and assist in providing resolutions in a timely manner through non-voice channels.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and organize records, generate reports, and track key metrics related to customer interactions and processes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all communications meet the required standards for quality, compliance, and accuracy.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, other departments, and managers to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of tasks.
Problem-Solving: Identify issues or bottlenecks in the workflow and collaborate with supervisors to find solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a non-voice role or customer support environment is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) or other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems or other relevant tools.
