This role involves interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a problem-solving attitude.

-College graduate
-Preferably female
-Good in interpersonal and customer service skills
-Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
-Attentiveness and patience
-Knowledge of applicable products and markets
