Customer Service Representative

- Must have at least 6 months of BPO Experience (with a sales background is preferred but not required);
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner;
- Above-average Written and Verbal Communication Skills;
- Must have good tool navigation skills and a positive attitude;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Willing to work onsite on different shifts, weekends, and holidays
