We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
