Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Associates

Healthcare Associates handle concerns from respective client either through voice support or non-voice assistance, which is dependent on the needed business.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months BPO or CSR related work experience.
- Graduate of 4 year course with or without work experience.
- Has a good customer service orientation.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.
- Willing to work onsite either of these sites; Pavia | Strata | Techno Hub Smallville
