In this role, you will: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to clients in the healthcare industry.Handle a variety of inquiries, including billing, insurance, and general account information.Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.Stay updated on industry best practices and company policies. We are looking for someone who: Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Education: K12 graduate or has completed at least 2 years in college.Experience: For High School graduates, a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR.
