Position:Customer Service OfficerJob Description:What You'll Be DoingResponsible for system-related work - SO entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics.Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns).Work closely internally with Field Sales and Inside Sales on Pre-Order & Order Entry.What We Are Looking ForDiploma or Degree in any fields.At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales administration or buyer role.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient with Microsoft office software, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).Customer-service oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset.Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.What's In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
