Manufacturing Customer Service Officer

Job description:
o Creates Sales Order (SO) following the procedure and policies in the processing of
SO
o Set the Daily Operations Meeting with the Operations Manager and the rest of the
Operations Team and selected other departments' representatives
o Coordinate with customers about pick-up/delivery schedules and notify if shipments
are delayed
o Respond promptly to all matters relating to customer requests including deliveries,
sample requests, order status follow-ups and work with other members of the sales,
Supply Chain and Manufacturing departments to satisfy customer needs
o Maintain and update the Master Customer List with regards to customer delivery
requirements i.e., change of depot, change of Business name, contacts,
documentation and other customized requirements before delivery
o Process sales invoices and delivery receipts
