Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Jollibee Foods Corporation. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner- Providing customers with product information and guidance- Processing orders and payments- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on company policies and procedures- Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and utilizing project management techniques to address customer needs
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience- Independent and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in using computer programs and software- High school diploma or equivalent required
