**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Travel Account in Alabang**Employment Type**: Full-Time**Work Set Up**:Onsite and Shifting Schedule**Start Date**: ASAP**What You'll Do**:- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers**Minimum Qualifications**:- Must be **GDS Certified** or has **prior work experience using GDS** (e.g. Amadeus, Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo) or- Has at least **1 year work experience** in the **travel industry** (booking flights, airline reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals)- At least **High School Graduate** old curriculum- Willing to work **onsite in Alabang** and on a **shifting schedule**:- Has **good command** of the **English** language**Perks and Benefits**:- **Compensation** plus **Day 1 HMO**;- Paid Training**Screening interviews are conducted daily.
