Scope & Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and support.
Interact with customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Manage multiple customer screens and windows simultaneously to address and resolve concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:

At least High school diploma or equivalent (for the old curriculum) or Senior High School diploma or equivalent (for the new curriculum).
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment or a customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in basic computer navigation and familiar with CRM software.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
