Scope & Responsibilities:
? Assist customers with technical issues and concerns related to their use of the product and/or service.
? Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
? Maintain and update customer information as needed.
? Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services.
? Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Required Qualifications:
? At least high school diploma or GED.
? Strong computer navigational skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Exceptional listening and comprehension abilities.
? Customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous technical support experience is a plus.
