Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) has a high influence on the development and growth of the business. They are accountable to ensure business growth through business development activities and ensure they are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. This role represents the MDTI organization from a sales and business development perspective and is a key contributor to the overall success of the customer and partner relationships. This is a business development role and is expected to generate qualified opportunities based on holistic understanding of customer challenges, establishing and developing Business Management Software and Services Delivery footprint within their assigned accounts(s).

Qualifications:

With ERP Pre-Sales activities
With Strong customer focus and excellent communication/presentation skills.
Proficient in planning, problem solving, interviewing and fact-finding skills.
With good communication skills.
Collaborative work style as a team player.
Proven ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
