Csr Role - With Tech Background

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
With 6 months Experience but not necessarily with tech background
Accepts Applicants with No Experience but must completed at least 2 years in College (Preferred: IT or any computer related course)
With Excellent Communication Skills
Can work on site
