This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR (Non voice) - Virtual process at STACKph in Makati. The role involves providing customer service support through non-voice channels to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Experience skills
Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field
