In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional support throughout the design process.

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about our services, pricing, and design process.Manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.Collaborate with our design team to ensure client satisfaction and address any design-related concerns.Maintain a strong understanding of our graphic design services and products.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Passion for graphic design and a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
