QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must at least be a High School level graduate (Old Curriculum)- Completed 4 years; (New Curriculum)- K-12 Program).
• At least one (1) year experience as an Agent in the BPO-setting for customer service or technical support line of business supporting international customers.
• Must have experience in a Voice Channel- Minimum of 6 months
• Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.
