Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to customers regarding account inquiries, transaction processing, product information, and general banking services.
Account Management: Assist customers with opening, closing, and managing personal and business accounts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, identify root causes of issues, and provide timely and effective solutions. Escalate unresolved matters to senior management as necessary.
Transaction Processing: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other routine banking transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of bank products and services (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.) and provide customers with relevant information and advice to meet their financial needs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all bank policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements when processing transactions or handling customer data.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional bank services (such as loans, credit cards, etc.) based on customer needs and refer them to the appropriate department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or banking role.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
