This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent - Dayshift at STACKph in Quezon City. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels through effective communication.

Qualifications

At least Have 6 months Call center experience
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
Computer Literacy to navigate systems efficiently
Experience in managing customer satisfaction levels
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills
