Ideal candidates will be...Experienced with US and Australian Clients
An effective communicator with as much as three (3) in a similar role at an offshoring company.
Able to steer themselves and won't need a lot of supervision after they finish training.
Able to speak and demonstrate their knowledge of Point of sale software (We will consider other candidates with the right background.)
Willing to take advantage of the flexibility and ease of travel that a Mid shift can offer
Able to accommodate paid overtime

Some of your essential responsibilities...Providing customer support with minimal supervision
Coordinating escalations to the right resources (2nd and 3rd level support)
Demonstrating excellent customer service and delivering professional communications
Troubleshooting, documenting and possibly refining internal processes
Offering appropriate products and enhancements to grow revenue as well as improve the customer experience.
Contribute your thoughts and feedback to help drive meaningful change within the company

Shift:Amendable to schedules 5pm to 4am Monday to Friday and 330pm to 230am if within Saturday and Sunday (two days off per week_Remember, you could be the perfect blend we are looking for and, an exciting opportunity awaits!Salary and compensation competitive above the local market rates
