Csr - 3 To 5 Months Contract (Healthcare Account)

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team on a 3 to 5 months contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our healthcare products and services.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor throughout all interactions.Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage accounts.Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR.
