Credit And Collection Team Leader/Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Credit and Collection Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing
the credit and collections function within the organization. This role involves leading a team of
credit and collections professionals to ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables,
minimizing bad debt, and maintaining healthy cash flow for the company. The Credit and
Collection Team Leader will collaborate closely with other departments to assess credit risk,
establish credit limits, develop collection strategies, and ensure that customers adhere to
payment terms.

Team Leadership and Supervision
Credit Risk Management
Collections Strategy and Oversight
Customer Communication and Dispute Resolution
Reporting and Analysis
Cash Flow and Bad Debt Management
Process Improvement
Compliance and Policy Enforcement
Collaboration with Other Departments

WORK LOCATION:
NCR

SALARY RANGE:
18k - 20K

Work schedule:
8-5PM (Mon-Sat)
