Credit And Collection Manager

Monroe Consulting Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a high leading animal valued feed manufacturer, providing the Philippines livestock and aquaculture industries. The company has been operating for three years, headquartered in Makati and has four operating plants in the country.Our respected client is seeking a Credit and Collection Manager with at least three years’ experience in the same role with background in Order to Cash and Credit investigation. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.Job responsibilities:
Manage Daily Credit and Collection Transactions
Manage a team of 20
Monitor Customers DSO and average Daily Balance
Accounts Receivable Reports and Analytics
Closely coordinate with Sales Team and Customer Service Team
Lead weekly credit review
Liaise with Legal team on issuance of demand letters, etc.Job requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance
Preferably with CPA license
With background in Order to Cash and Credit investigation
Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, SAP B1
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong personality and problem-solving skills
Pays strict attention to detail
Ability to manage employees, while multi-tasking large projects
Must have an attitude of persistence, enthusiasm, assertiveness and flexibility
