Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including print, digital, and multimedia assets.Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.Produce eye-catching graphics that align with brand aesthetics and effectively communicate key messages.Design engaging visuals for social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and other digital marketing initiatives.Design graphic user interface elements like icons, buttons, menus, tabs, banners, etc.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.Conduct design research and stay up to date on current design trends and best practices.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all projects.Prepare design mockups, presentations, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.Manage design workflow from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applicationsUtilize industry-standard design software proficiently (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva)Assist with the creation of design templates and style guides (a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role.Knowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI design.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design skills, and a clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (a plus).
