The CPA - Lawyer also leads allstaff within the office of the Chairman and serves as a liaison to the Board ofDirectors and Executive Committee; organizes and coordinates internal andexternal relations efforts; and oversees special projects.The CPA - Lawyer must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurialenvironment that is results-driven. This position requires an individual who hasthe ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with a backgroundon legal and financial matters, strong written and verbal communication,administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realisticbalance among multiple priorities. The CPA - Lawyer will have the ability to workon projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work underpressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matterswith discretion. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs,think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality.Duties and Responsibilities:• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chairmanincluding managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completingexpense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimesconfidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, andagendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.• Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Chairman's schedule is followed andrespected.
