Country Sales Leader - Philippines
What does a successful Country Sales Leader do at Fiserv?
You will oversee overall business development and key account management activities in Philippines, including building revenue through a strong incremental revenue opportunity pipeline and growing the brand and presence of Fiserv to a position of leadership in the region. You will also be leading large engagements and participate in pre-sales and post sales opportunities. A successful sales lead would also need to have the ability to develop, lead and close sales initiatives within the existing account base and new logos against set targets, and at the same time support and lead the account retention efforts, thereby growing revenue for financial services business.
What you will do: Engage with customers at the Executive level to understand their strategy and key business drivers; strive to develop a roadmap with the customer; promote Fiserv, and to introduce its solutions and to match those solutions where ever possible across its entire enterprise operation. Maintain ancillary responsibility for Business Relationship Management in the period following the implementation of the Fiserv solution. Drive the growth of the organization within existing client base, to position Fiserv as a market leader in Philippines banking and payment solutions market. Actively participate on business strategymittees in the development and implementation of broadpany policies. Provide direction and input to the Product Management, Product Marketing and Product Development Groups on annual product plans and new product roll outs by analyzing the changes and advances in technology to anticipate the market trends. Review and report on the performance per the monthly reporting policy, to include wins, losses, pipeline status,petitive updates and telemarketing activities. What you will need to have: 12-15 years of strong experience with a successful sales performance & client engagement in the financial services software solutions industry. A solid understanding of the new technologies and banking trends emerging in the financial technology industry. Good knowledge of cards processing (issuing and acquiring), retail banking and digital solutions experience needed. Prior experience leading key banking relationships in Philippines is a must. Regional sales experience is wee. Ability to convey a return on investment value solution from a business and technical perspective. Previous experience withmunication and delivering presentations to C-Level executives is needed. Strong organizational skills. Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbalmunications. What would be great to have: Ability to connect with senior management to discuss issues and provide solutions to their needs both at a high level and across the banks' staff. This role requires a patient and mature personality as there are often long sales cycles with sophisticated negotiations involved. Must possess outstanding skill in sales and negotiating techniques. Possess a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver. Degree / Masters from a recognized institution is preferred.
