Working closely with operational teams to deliver high quality financial and operational analysis to reduce costs and manage risks effectively.Some other responsibilities will include:Data Collection and Cost Review
In charge of updating standard costs of products by developing the ABC Model on a yearly basis
Updates manufacturing forecast and lead the review of assumptions and forecast results with the Plant Controller.
Key player in the stock take/inventory count and recon activities, prepares reconciliations indentify key issues and investigate where required.
Prepares calculations and analysis of any manufacturing cost savings projects.
Assist the Plant Controller with the suggesting changes to policies or procedures to improve the over-all control environment of the plant.

About youBachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance. With CPA license is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Cost Accounting with operations experience in Manufacturing.
SAP (ERP) experience is an advantage.
Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
Has the ability to communicate cost and financial information to all levels across the business.
Willing to be assigned in our Cabuyao manufacturing plant.
