What You'll Do: Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Corporate Governance: Support the management of corporate records, including board resolutions, filings, and regulatory requirements.Litigation Support: Assist in case preparation, legal research, and coordination with external counsel for litigation and dispute resolution.Compliance Oversight: Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company, ensuring adherence to legal standards.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide proactive legal support and advice on operational and strategic matters.What We're Looking For: Experience:3+ years as a Paralegal, with significant exposure to corporate law and litigation.Background in tech, healthcare, or a global corporate setting is a plus.Skills:Strong knowledge of legal procedures, contract law, and regulatory compliance.Exceptional research, organizational, and communication abilities.Education:Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related fields.Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
