Corporate Nurse

Responsibilities:

- Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injury or illness.
- Conduct health screenings and assessments as required by company policies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of all health information.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Collaborate with HR and management to create a safe and healthy work environment.
- Stay updated on state and federal health regulations and ensure compliance within the workplace.
- Provide training and workshops on health-related topics to employees.

Requirements:

- Preferably with experience in occupational health.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
-Experience in developing health and wellness programs is a plus.
