TERMS: REMOTE WORK! Responsibilities:

Must have! Understand, review, and revise Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFTs) and Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFEs).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in web3 and blockchain technology.
Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling any legal issues that arise.
Requirements:


Solid background in contract law, preferably with exposure to web3 and blockchain projects.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries.
Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Law or Law studies.
