JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must attain at least a College level
- Senior High School graduates are welcome to Apply
- Average fluency in the English language
- Must be very keen to details
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review application/ web contents
- Make decisions according to the defined Policies & Procedures
- Document all information according to standard operating procedures
- Perform the tasks at the required speed and accuracy to meet client’s KPI requirements
- Prioritize tasks to best fit client needs
- Contribute to process improvements on the tasks
