Grab Philippines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH with a full-time schedule and a mid-to-senior level seniority level. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role.

As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations, including managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving performance improvements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize contact center processes and enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive performance improvements- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration- Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment that promotes cooperation and teamwork- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Proven experience in a contact center or customer service management role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Adaptable and hardworking personality traits- Emotional intelligence and cooperation soft skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
