Currently, we're on the look out for a Construction Bids Specialist (Government) to be assigned in our office at Kawit, Cavite.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of bids, and proposals, for government contracts.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, and technical) to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
Ensure all bid submissions meet required specifications, deadlines, and formats.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, procurement policies, and legal requirements related to government bidding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the bidding lifecycle.
Support contract negotiations and ensure all contract terms are favorable to the organization.
Maintain accurate records of all bids, including successful and unsuccessful submissions, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the win rate of government bids.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related field is a plus but not REQUIRED.
Must have 3-5 years experience in bid management, tendering, or government procurement.
Proven experience in preparing and submitting bids for government contracts or large organizations.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and legal frameworks
