Compliance Officer / Office Manager

Details of the offer

Drafting and maintaining records of various files for all the Corporations of LausGroup.
- Drafting basic correspondence and legal documents.
- Preparing and submitting reportorial requirements.
- Preparing, collating, and submitting corporate documents and fees to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Preparing, collating, and submitting incorporation papers (registration of new stock or non-stock corporation/s) and checking new corporate names with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Preparing and submitting various documents relative to the incorporation/registration of a new stock or non-stock corporation to the other government agencies (i.e.
Securities and Exchange Commission, Insurance Commission, Intellectual Property Office, Clark Development Corporation, etc.).
- Performs other administrative function under the Legal and Compliance Department.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Political Science, Business, or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of Administrative or Office Management experience.
- Ability to write and speak effectively.
- Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.
- Knowledgeable in computers & information systems.
- Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.
