Compliance Officer

Duties and responsibilities
- Create and implement internal company policies, ensuring they are followed.
- Ensure the organization maintains a well-defined program for compliance with national laws.
- Regularly update management on the organization's compliance status with laws and regulations.
- Address noncompliance issues by developing practical action plans to resolve them.
- Perform regular audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of noncompliance.
- Engage with employees to ensure they understand their responsibilities for adhering to internal and external laws and regulations.
