We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Compliance Officer. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor City, Cavite
Qualifications:
·At least a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration or Property Management course.
With strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to the industry.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and develop mitigation strategies.
Proficient in compliance with ISMS, BSCM or other ISO Standard
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
With at least 2-6 years of experience.
Job Description:
Assists in implementing the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) through documentation, awareness, communication, and compliance with the ISO standard.
Assistance in Accreditation Documentation of the Sales Team by contract drafting and reviewing the submitted NDA and Agreement.
Advocate for the development, review and/or revision of policies, guidelines, projects and/or programs of ICMG.
Serve as the contact person for the regulatory compliance documentation processing.
Create, update, and enforce policies and procedures related to compliance. Ensure all employees are aware of these policies and understand their importance.
Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance-related topics, including legal obligations, ethical standards, and company policies.
