The Company Nurse serves as the primary healthcare provider, managing the corporate clinic and ensuring the provision of immediate medical services to employees. This role demands a dedicated and compassionate individual committed to promoting employee health and safety within the workplace. The Company Nurse is crucial in fostering a healthy and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Job Responsibilities:Provide first-aid treatment, vital sign assessments, health interviews, and medication dispensation.Accompany and assist employees during hospital referrals, facilitating communication between hospital personnel and employees' families.
