JOB SUMMARYThe objective of this position is to manage the Company Clinic by providing immediate first aid treatment for work injuries and intermediary health related assistance to prevent sickness and diseases which may affect the over-all work performance and productivity of workers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? CLINIC MANAGEMENTProvides nursing care and or first aid treatment to employees' illness while at work, or for work related injuries.Manages and maintains the over-all cleanliness and orderliness of Clinic.Gives medicines and first aid care to employees, if condition worsens, coordinates with the accredited hospital.Monitors employee physical well-being such as BMI (Body Mass Index), vital signs, regular blood pressure for recording and reports purposes.Assists the Occupational Health Physician in the conduct of daily clinic activities, including arranging the appointments for medical consultations.Issues clinic pass to employees after consultation or assessment.Performs tests such as drug testing, rapid antigen test.Submits reports to management on all the employees that were given treatment.Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual health statistics report.Maintains the inventory of medicines and inspection and other medical equipment.Maintains confidential health-related files and records of employees andinformation as required by local government units or as needed.? EMPLOYEE HEALTH, SAFETY & WELFARESpearheads the Employees' Annual Physical Exam and manages the employee records.In case of compensation, sickness, and disability benefits / claims to SSS, EC, DOLE, PhilHealth shall assess the condition and eligibility of the employee and provide information to the company.Assists in the health and safety standard in the company and see if any work conditions for the employees are hazardous.Instructs and guides first aid providers in carrying out a variety of tasks.Draft occupational health programs related to the morbidity incidents, health consultations of personnel and demographics of health status based on work exposure, lifestyle, and the likes.? ADMINISTRATION DUTIESPrepares and submits health-related reports to DOLE, RHU and other regulatory agencies.Provide suggestions that if implemented, contributes to staff general safety and positive work experience.Gives health orientation and may assist in New-Hire and Safety Orientation.Assists in general HR and Admin functions and activities including design and implementation of people programs and activities.Maintain an up- to- date employee information and 201 documents in coordination with HR Assistant.Assists in field sourcing and recruitment activities.Perform other tasks that are needed to ensure deliverables of project / program implementation are met.Responsible for actively participating in Food Safety Management System, promptly reporting any violations or concerns related to food safety and ensuring compliance with established procedures. JOB SPECIFICATIONEducation: Bachelors-Degree graduate of Nursing course. Must be a licensed or Registered Nurse in Philippines.Experience and Training: Company Nurse, or with actual clinical work- related experience in clinic or hospital setting. Skills and Competency Requirements:Training certificate on Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Nurses is preferred.At least 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience.Knowledge of government requirements- PhilHealth, SSS, EC, etc.Exemptional compassion and dedication in handling the patients/ employees under her care.Dependability and availability during health-related emergencies even-outside her duty hours.Ability to write reports, support implementation of policies.Excellent computer skills.Excellent organization skills.Good oral, written, and presentation skills.Good research skills and high attention to detail.
