JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer first-aid treatments and provide medications for employees as neededMonitor and record the patient's conditionAssist all injured employees to the nearest hospitalMaintain all employees medical and other similar recordsSecure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificateSchedule and assist annual medical examination of all employeesGenerate medical reimbursement report on a monthly basisConduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a monthPrepare monthly compliance report to be submitted to DOLE OfficePerform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time JOB REQUIREMENTS: Registered NurseGraduate of BS NursingPreferably with BOSH Certificate and first aid trainingWith at least 1 year related work experienceFamiliar with DOLE reportorial worksKnowledgeable in Microsoft office applicationsWith good communication skillsWilling to work in shifting schedules
