Company Nurse / Executive Nurse ( PUERTO GALERA BEACH RESORT, MINDORO) (Php 20-25K)Job Summary:Providing healthcare as required to companies directors, employees and customers the LLV company nurse is a new appointment for the firm and thus the nurse needs to help LLV to define the role, including but not limited to:Responsibilities:Develop and implement the resort healthcare service.Provide primary and secondary care to directors, employees, and customersProvide emergency treatment in the workplace.Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.Manage inventory relating to healthcareDocument all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) relating to healthcareCreate and deliver training related to healthcare and department processCreate/Participate in marketing relevant to healthcare in the resortParticipate in and contribute to regular management meetingsQualifications:Nursing degree or similarLicensed as a Registered Nurse5+ years experience in nursingExcellent communication and organizational skills.
