Health assistance.
Provide medicines to employees based on their complaints/symptomsAssist the Company Physician during consultation and prepare necessary equipment during treatment.Keeps record of all Company-related Illnesses and injuries.Check Pre-Employment Medical Results and Refer to the Company Physician if necessaryMonitor APE results and assist Company physicians in discussing the results with employees.Coordinate with Health & Safety Team regarding health and safety concernsReport all accidents and injuries to Safety OfficerInventory of Medicine & Supplies Issuance MonitoringDevelop and implement health and safety programs.Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.Schedule employees' Annual Physical Examinations and coordinate with affiliated hospitals/clinics.Monitor Sick leave and call out employees with long absences due to illness/injury
