Job OverviewA Driver is safely transporting authorized people as well as various documents and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles, at the beginning and every end of each shiftDrive assigned office vehicles to destinations, in a safe manner, and by following set rules and regulationsReport to the Higher Management and Administration Team of any accidents or vehicle damageProvide accurate time records of the company's vehicle schedule by submitting the Daily Trip Report to the Administration DepartmentPerform both preventative and regular maintenance on vehicles and ensure that proper detailing is performed.Obtain orders for transporting things and documents to different locations and ensure that they are carried out correctlyTransport authorized people to their destinations, or handle office pick-up and drop-off dutiesPerforms other tasks when needed or as assignedQualificationsAt least high school diploma, vocational diploma, or short course certificateValid driver's licensePrevious experience as DriverComplete knowledge of road safety rules and regulationsEffective communication skillsPunctual and reliable
