Commissary Cook

We are looking for a COMMISSARY COOK IN- CHARGE willing to be assign at SM Uptown Cagayan De Oro City in a Japanese Restaurant.Responsibilities:-Handles all Preparation in Commissary Kitchen-Observe all stipulations in NDA (non-disclosure agreement) specifically the procedures and recipes.-Preparing ingredients, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, organizing and basic cleaning in the kitchen.-Communicating with the chef or supervisor, and ensuring proper presentation of food as directed by the chef.Key Skills:-Graduate of HRM or Culinary Education / Training.-1-2 years of work experience in a similar role especially in Japanese Cuisine is a plus.-Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.-Excellent communication skills.
