• Take detailed medical history and other relevant information

• Provide nursing advice in managing health conditions when appropriate

• Provide nursing intervention or treatment when appropriate or directed by the Doctor

• Dispense medication when appropriate

• Triage the patients and refer the patient to the doctor on duty when necessary

• Update patients' health records (filing of forms to patient records)

• Change linens and transfer used linens to laundry

• Check tracker for follow-ups

• Check emails - all should be replied to

• Complete data entry for all clinic transactions in the tracker

• Create and send reports

• Conduct hotel visits together with the doctor and Solaire EMT

• Accompany patients for ER conduction and patient endorsement

• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic

• Be familiar with Sureste health plans and wellness initiatives through OSH, Security, and HR Clinic Management

RequirementsEducation:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing

• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver with high efficiency

• Ability to multi-task

• Flexible and adaptable to change

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients of all levels

• Familiar with MS Office applications particularly Outlook and Excel
